DESCRIPTION

Lead the Marketing Department effectively through proactive decision making, analyzing data, and delivering superior results while demonstrating our core values.

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Successfully produce Marketing campaigns and advertisements for digital and print media.
  • Execution of all open house, tasting events, and bridal shows.
  • Implementation of vendor program and positive vendor relations.
  • Establish organization’s digital marketing and websites including additions, deletions, and edits.
  • Make decisions, resolve any issues and execute workload with minimal supervision.
  • Consistently help evolve with Walters Wedding Estates growth with the Marketing Director.

EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE

  • Moderate travel between DFW and Texas Hill Country Required
  • Ability to work a minimal amount of evenings and weekends
  • Bachelor’s Degree Recommended
  • 2 Years Marketing or Equivalent Experience
  • 1-2 Years Leadership Experience
  • Overall knowledge of Digital Media and Website Development
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Social Media, Adobe Programs, WordPress/Blog Applications
  • Previous experience performing general office duties including utilizing email, phone, and POS functions
  • Ability to lift up to 10 pounds frequently, 50 on occasion
  • Ability to speak, read, and write English
