Full Time Marketing Assistant 

Description: Coordinate and conduct all company social media, support the Marketing department operations, and deliver superior results while demonstrating our core values.

Main Accountabilities:

  • Develop innovative and creative media content and track social media/industry trends
  • Engage with brand communities to optimize content and identify opportunities for brand growth and recognition
  • Promote client and vendor outreach for captivating content including but not limited to photographs, reviews, and questionnaires
  • Assist with organization’s digital marketing and websites including additions, deletions, and edits
  • Assist with maintaining positive vendor relations, open house, tasting events, and bridal shows

Venue Director ​- Mansfield

Description: Lead the venue effectively through proactive decision making, analyzing data, and delivering superior results while demonstrating our core values.

Main Accountabilities:

  • Make decisions and execute venue workload with minimal supervision.
  • Lead Venue and staff through effective communication and delegation.
  • Manage efficiently by using resources, tools, and processes available.
  • Analyze results and implement action plans for success.
  • Create an environment of consistent developmental feedback and accountability.
  • Resolve guest issues thoughtfully and productively.
  • Deliberate thoughts and ideas with other venue directors and area partners.
