Part-Time Coordinator

Responsibilities include event sales, details, collection of payment, assisting with executing all private events and assisting with maximizing profits and minimizing loss.  The Candidate must strive to create a positive work environment with fellow staff members and associates while departmentally earning a reasonable profit.

Candidates must possess the following Education and/or Experience:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Minimum of two (2) years customer service experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Must have previous experience performing general office duties including utilizing e-mail, fax, phone and POS functions
  • Must have previous experience in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
  • Must possess and demonstrate strong knowledge of event organization

Front Desk Associate

We are seeking a new member to join our hotel side at Wildwood Inn. We are currently accepting applications and conducting interviews for a daytime front desk position at Wildwood Inn in Denton.  Applicants must be available to work weekends from 7AM-3PM (Friday through Sundays). Must be able to work weekends and holidays. Position is part-time hours and Office Administrative experience required. Hospitality Experience is a plus!
