We are hiring a part-time Accounting Assistant! The ideal candidate would be a Sophomore or Junior Accounting student who is able to assist with data entry 16-24 hours per week.

Walters Wedding Estates is a multi-property event venue company. We rent out venue spaces for weddings and other events throughout Texas. Our accounting department is located in Denton, Texas. The role is responsible for:
  • Collecting credit card receipts from numerous card holding employees in the company
  • Organizing the receipts by card type and card holder, then entering the receipts into Quickbooks by category and location
  • We have several properties and credit card holders, so organization and attention to detail is very important
The position is one that the employee can grow with over time and gradually receive more responsibilities such as logging journal entries and paying invoices to vendors.
